1. Technical-preview status
Pipipong v0.9.6 is a public technical preview, not a production-stable service. Features, integrations, formats, and availability may change. The current macOS build can be downloaded without an application or invitation, subject to the system and executor requirements shown on the Download and Status pages.
The Pet Community is a beta service. Public browsing does not require an account. Saving pets, downloading private packages, reporting content, creator onboarding, hosted drafts, submission, review, publication, moderation, export and deletion requests use the verified account and feature availability shown on the current Status page.
2. Community account
Community accounts use a one-time code sent to the email address through Pipipong's authentication provider. A ChatGPT account, website password, and phone number are not required. You must keep access to your email secure, give accurate profile information, and may not impersonate another person or organisation, evade a restriction, automate abuse, or share access to staff-only tools.
By continuing, you acknowledge the current Terms and Privacy Notice. Creator access additionally requires an explicit acceptance of the current Creator Agreement and Community Guidelines. A changed version requires a new acceptance before the affected action. Email verification alone does not make an account a Verified Creator.
3. Permitted use
You may install and evaluate the preview for lawful personal or organisational work when you have authority to access the relevant device, account, application, project, and files. Do not use it to bypass security, access another person's systems or data without permission, distribute malware, or infringe rights.
4. Plans, permissions, and confirmation
You are responsible for checking the requested scope, execution plan, selected files, permissions, and confirmation prompts before allowing an action. Keep independent backups of important files and stop the task if the preview does not match your intention.
Safety controls reduce risk but do not guarantee that a model, executor, application, or integration will always act correctly.
5. AI and third-party tools
The current build can connect to a compatible signed-in Codex App Server and to AI providers configured by the user. It also includes a controlled connection framework for supported browser or desktop AI destinations, but this release does not represent any specific third-party browser or desktop AI client as verified or generally available.
Each connection depends on your own account, access, subscription, and the provider's terms, availability, fees, and privacy rules. Pipipong does not read browser cookies or account tokens to create a browser or desktop connection, and an AI destination does not receive direct authority over local files or the computer. Local actions remain subject to Pipipong's attachment, permission, execution, transaction, review, and recovery controls. Pipipong does not grant rights in third-party services or guarantee their output.
6. User content, pet packages, and licences
You retain rights you already hold in prompts, files, and original pet assets. You must have permission to use and share every image, audio file, name, license, and other item in a pet pack. Do not upload confidential, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
The release-pending local external-pet importer may read and create a private managed copy of a compatible Petdex-format or other compatible local package only after you choose it or explicitly request a standard-directory scan. You are responsible for having the rights needed for that local use. Importing a package does not create a commercial, redistribution, marketing, or sublicensing right, and a missing or unclear licence remains a warning rather than permission.
Format compatibility does not mean that Pipipong is certified, sponsored, or endorsed by Petdex or by a package author. Pipipong does not treat gallery moderation, a submitted-by field, a package name, or the Petdex source-code licence as proof of rights in user-submitted artwork. The local importer does not upload, publish, re-host, market, or automatically synchronise an imported package.
The public Starter Pack and PPAS specification are reference materials governed by their accompanying notices; their availability does not grant rights in third-party work. Official and approved community .pppet binaries are account downloads delivered from private storage. A download grants only the permissions stated by that package's licence and does not expose a permanent storage URL.
A creator submission remains private until server validation and human review are complete. The frozen submission includes the confirmed package hash, listing snapshot, validation report and current legal acceptances. Publication, requested changes, rejection, suspension, removal, restoration and appeal follow the current Creator Agreement, Community Guidelines and moderation workflow.
7. Community integrity, reports, and moderation
Do not distribute malware, evade package limits, falsify metadata or permissions, manipulate favourites or downloads, harass others, expose personal data, or submit material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual or other rights. Reports must be made in good faith and include only information needed to investigate.
Pipipong may request changes, reject a submission, temporarily hide or suspend a pet, restrict an account, remove material, restore it, or preserve evidence to address security, integrity, capacity, policy or legal concerns. Moderator and administrator decisions are recorded. Available appeals do not guarantee reversal and do not prevent urgent temporary action.
8. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you permit Pipipong to use it to evaluate and improve the product without an obligation to implement it. Do not include third-party confidential information in feedback.
9. Preview risks and limitations
The preview may be incomplete, interrupted, or contain defects. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided for evaluation without a promise of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free task execution. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Suspension, termination, and removal
Pipipong may limit a preview feature or public page to address security, abuse, capacity, policy, or legal concerns. You may stop using the preview at any time, uninstall the desktop app, revoke its system permissions, sign out, export community account data, or submit an authenticated account-deletion request. Some published, safety, audit, backup, provider, or legal-hold records may require limited retention as described in the Privacy Notice.
11. Privacy
The Privacy Notice explains website logs, installer delivery, verified account and session records, private package workflows, moderation, desktop-task data, configured executors, and local and hosted Studio paths. Review it together with the current Status, Safety, Community Guidelines and Creator Agreement pages.
