Not an active agreement
This page is a truthful product-status notice, not a contract. Pipipong will not invent legal entity details, governing law, licences, retention periods or contact addresses. Final text must be supplied and approved by the product owner and legal counsel before creator onboarding opens.
What the implementation will enforce
The account service is designed to record the exact agreement type, version and acceptance time. A creator will need to re-accept a newer version before the next submission, and the server—not the browser—will verify the current acceptance.
Current gate
Community uploads, review submission and publishing remain disabled until the final agreement, privacy notice, verified contact channels, email verification and moderation operations are all complete.
