1. Scope and acceptance
This agreement applies when you enable Creator access, submit a pet or publish a reviewed version in the Pipipong community. The version and content hash shown on this page are recorded with your acceptance. A later version requires a new acceptance before your next submission.
Creator access uses the same verified community account as downloads and saves. You must be able to make the promises below for every person or organisation whose work you submit.
2. Your rights and permissions
You confirm that you created the submitted names, images, audio, metadata and package contents, or hold permission to use and distribute them under the licence you select. You must not submit confidential information or material that infringes copyright, trade mark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
You retain the rights you already hold. You give Pipipong a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission limited to storing, validating, reviewing, safely transforming previews, displaying, distributing and backing up the submitted material as needed to operate, secure and improve the community. This operational permission ends when the material is finally removed, subject to reasonable backup, abuse-prevention, audit and legal retention.
3. Data-only and honest packages
A pet package must be data-only and accurately describe its identity, version, compatibility, actions, triggers, capabilities and licence. Executables, scripts, hidden network behaviour, path traversal, deceptive archives, malicious content and attempts to bypass validation are prohibited.
Automated validation does not replace your responsibility for the package. Pipipong may reject, quarantine, suspend or remove a package when validation, security, rights or policy concerns arise.
4. Review, publication and versions
Every public version requires server validation and human review. Approval does not publish automatically: you make the final publication choice. The reviewed package, listing metadata, previews, licence and rights declaration form one frozen review revision.
A published binary cannot be silently replaced. Package, licence, trigger or material preview changes require a new version and review. A rejected or withdrawn update does not change the current published version.
5. Reports, moderation and takedown
Pipipong may request changes, reject, temporarily hide, suspend or remove material to address policy, security, legal or operational concerns. Decisions and restorations are recorded. You may use the stated appeal or support path when one is available for the case.
Copyright or ownership reports may result in temporary hiding while the matter is reviewed. The reporter's identity is not disclosed to you except where the process requires it. You must provide truthful information and must not retaliate against reporters or manipulate reports.
6. Private drafts, records and account changes
Draft packages are stored privately and isolated from public delivery. Pipipong records validation, agreement acceptance, review, publication, download, report and audit events necessary to operate and protect the community as described in the Privacy Notice.
You may pause downloads or unpublish a listing, but minimum records may be retained for security, abuse prevention, dispute handling and legal obligations. Account deletion stops new creator actions and places published content into the documented removal process rather than silently erasing audit history.
7. Contact and acknowledgement
Questions about creator operations go to the configured support address. Copyright and ownership requests go to the configured copyright address shown on the Copyright / Takedown page.
By accepting, you confirm that you have read this agreement and the current Community Guidelines, understand that the community is a technical preview, and can make the rights and integrity confirmations above.
