Local validation + explicit authenticated private upload.
Studio can inspect and rehearse a .pppet package locally. A private upload is a separate, deliberate step that remains locked until validation, confirmation and creator authentication succeed.
The selected package stays on this device before confirmation.
Choosing a file does not upload its bytes, manifest, action names, triggers, images or audio. Local preview does not require sign-in.

Full L0–L5 verification, current hash, warnings, permissions and changes must be reviewed before confirmation.
Authenticate and upload
Only after explicit confirmation does creator authentication open and the unchanged package upload to private quarantine for server validation.
